Returns Policy

Step-by-Step Guide for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

STEP 1: CONTACT

Connect with us by sending an email to shopkeeper@thepowderroom.sg

Be sure to provide us with:

  • Your Order Number
  • The items you want to return
  • Reasons for the return
  • Photos of the items you want to return (to help us identify the mistake)
STEP 2: APPROVAL

After we receive and approve your return request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to prepare the items for return to our tea room.

STEP 3: PACK

Please pack the items securely, including all original packaging, and hand them to our delivery partner according to the instructions provided in the email.

STEP 4: REFUND

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days and issue a gift card equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item (excluding shipping costs). We hope this helps you find something else you’ll love from our collection.
