Sayuri is a Single-Cultivar Sakimidori matcha from Yame, Japan, crafted from 100% first flush leaves—the earliest and most prized harvest of spring. It opens with a smooth, rounded nuttiness as its defining character. Made in collaboration with the tea farmers of Hinata Matcha, it reflects their quiet dedication and the calm beauty of Yame’s growing season.
We named it Sayuri (小百合), meaning “little lily,” inspired by the flower’s purity and quiet strength. Its clean, balanced taste carries soft citrus and floral hints reminiscent of lilies, gently lifting the rich nutty body that anchors this matcha and gives it the familiar charm of Yame.

Our matcha comes freshly packed in a resealable foil pouch in Yame, and wrapped in our soft paper sleeve.
You may keep it in the pouch, or transfer it into an airtight tin for longer-lasting freshness. Whichever you choose, please store it in the refrigerator at all times for the best flavour and vibrancy.
