Shipping Policy

Here’s what to expect as your matcha makes its way from our little town to your doorstep. 🍃

 

Order Processing Times:

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except on holidays. We will process all orders generally within 1-2 business days of receipt, with delivery expected within 3 business days after that. 

 

Order Tracking:
You’ll receive an email when your order is confirmed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking number via email. You can then track your order through the carrier's website. 

 

Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs for Singapore orders are reflected at checkout. A standard flat rate of SGD $5 applies to each delivery.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at shopkeeper@thepowderroom.sg within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. 

 

Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shopkeeper@thepowderroom.sg. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
